Aug.18.10 ZE:A meets Fahrenheit in Taiwan (again)
The ZE:A boys are currently in the midst of touring Asia and their recent stop after Japan was Taiwan where they had the opportunity to interact with one of the country’s popular boy group, Fahrenheit.
As part of their promotions, the ZE:A had recorded a MTV program on the 11th where they met Fahrenheit for the first time. Then 2 days later, they met up with Fahrenheit again as they collaborated to film a promotional video to promote tourism in Taiwan. The collaboration no doubt boosted their friendship and the ZE:A boys had the opportunity in touring famous sites like the Taipei 101, Xing Tian Temple, etc. It was quite a sight with more than 50 media companies and hordes of fans tagging along.
ZE:A expressed, “The Fahrenheit members were very friendly towards us and we became close soon after. When we were about to leave, they even called to make an appointment with us when they come to Korea next time. They also wanted to come to Kaohsiung to watch us perform but couldn’t because of their schedules. When they do come, we will make sure to invite them to eat Bulgogi.”
Aug.14.10 Fahrenheit takes ZE:A to eat Taiwanese food
Taiwan tourism ambassadors Fahrenheit showed their hospitality, yesterday they took tourism goodwill ambassadors ZE:A around Taipei. They enjoyed the scenery from Taipei 101, and also went to Hsing Tien Temple to pray, and also get foot massage for the first time. Using their status as Taiwan’s tourism goodwill ambassadors, ZE:A went around Taiwan, Fahrenheit also took them eating Taiwanese food. With 13 guys all together, the chatting level was like little girls chatting, speaking in a mix of Chinese, Korean and English.
Fahrenheit took ZE:A to try the Taiwanese “peng peng jiao” food. Jiro Wang recommended shellfish, “After eating these, you will surely be very strong.” As ZE:A member Dong Jun listened, he was very worried, “Will I be able to sleep at night?” Fahrenheit also made their foreign guests try mochi peanut cake. When the 9 members tasted the sweet peanut powder, they were all amazed and were rushing to eat the cakes.
Even though 6 members of ZE:A are Christians, when they arrived in Hsing Tien Temple, they also sincerely prayed and followed the local customs. The funny thing was, when they were getting foot massages, member Kwang Hee was fighting to sit beside Jiro Wang because he thought Da Dong was very shuai (handsome), “Handsome guys have to stick together.” Because of his hairy legs, Calvin Chen teased him, “If a mosquito comes to bite you on the leg, it will get lost.”
